A licensed payment services group owned by a Mauritius holding company is considering the sale of 100% of shares in its regulated subsidiaries in Nigeria, Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania.

Licensed scope:
Payment processing and merchant acquiring
Execution of payment transactions including transfers and payouts
Domestic and cross-border money transfers
Merchant collection, settlement, reconciliation and reporting
Corporate disbursements and bulk payouts
Agent network / cash-in & cash-out services
Tanzania additionally holds a Wallet licence

Rwanda: Equity Bank Rwanda and BPR Bank Rwanda
