Good news regarding the regulatory framework in Poland. The MiCA transition period is no longer tied to a fixed date (June 30). Instead, it is now defined flexibly as four months from the date the Polish crypto law enters into force—which remains uncertain. As a result, the transition period will be significantly extended.
