2. Scope of Allowed Activity:

- Direct debits.
- Issuing payment instruments (e.g., payment cards, mobile apps, BLIK).
- Acquiring services (enabling acceptance of card or mobile app payments).

- Max turnover: €1,500,000 monthly.
